High performance alkaline milk cleaner designed for machines sold at high frequency.

It is recommended to use an acidic cleaner or descaler periodically to remove any scale build-up and milk foam residue.

Safe to use on all machine parts, MFC® Blue is NSF certified. It has been tested and evaluated, passing the most stringent toxicology and corrosivity standards.

The ingredients and formulation of NSF certified products are safe to use, leave no harmful residue and do not cause corrosion. 

Use:
Make sure the white cap is well sealed and loosen the blue cap slightly. Gently squeeze the bottle until the dispenser reads 50ml, remove the blue cap and pour.
Add 50 ml of MFC BLUE to 1 liter of hot water in a milk jug. Be sure to replace the blue cap and seal tightly after injecting the required dose.
Immerse the nozzle in the liquid solution for 5 minutes.
Rinse with clean tap water in the same manner.
Do not mix with other chemicals.
