In its operation it is flexible, very fast, it combines constant compression of the coffee and repetition of exactly the same force every time we place the portafilter in its support slot. The base is height adjustable to accommodate most companies' PFs. The compression command is given by a magnetic one, where it will "recognize" the entry of the shutter into the compression chamber and apply a pressure to the ground coffee. It is possible to select the pressure profile in the menu of each model. The weight of pressure to be applied is digitally selected by simply pressing the desired + or – button. The range of pressure options in kilograms starts from 5 (depending on the model) and ends at a maximum force of 30 kilograms. The compression base can be any of the dimensions 53 – 58.3mm with a flat surface. The use of PUQ PRESS is suitable for all catering areas, because it gives absolute stability & speed to Tamping.

Precision prevents air absorption between the tampers - metal filter, changing the speed of the tamper from fast to slow, the moment it starts its upward movement - Duration 2.1'' - 1st press with force, while the 2nd smoothes the coffee surface.

SINGLE : Designed to compare & convince that two taps are better than one - Duration 0.8'' - 1st tap with power.

SOFT: Designed for a very soft touch. It has a pressure range from 5kg to 15kg - Duration 2.5'' - 1st press with force, while the 2nd smoothes the surface of the coffee.
